Nine hour meeting today.
This is the meeting I thought I was going to have last Friday, but when it was canceled then, I thought it was canceled for good.
Nope.
And what's worse is that, despite how wooden-headed I was feeling after five hours, stuff from my area kept coming up, and only I could contribute at that point.
I had to be there.
And all this prepares us for another meeting.
At 8am on Thursday.
I want this phase to be over so I can get back to being productive. Which I can't do if we don't get paid, which these meetings will assure.
Today was necessary. Doesn't mean I enjoyed it.
