There is a nation-wide trend in retirement communities of much sexual interaction and many marriages. But the state of Washington has just banned the practice. To wit:

Writing for a 5-4 majority, Justice Barbara Madsen said [...] "the legislation was entitled to believe that limiting marriage [...] furthers procreation, essential to the survival of the human race and furthers the well-being of children by encouraging families where children are reared in homes headed by children's biological parents."

What's that? This decision didn't ban post-menopausal marriages? Just same-gender marriages?

What a bunch of prejudiced hypocrites.
