I don't do nicknames. I have a hard enough time keeping names, faces, and personalities together in my mind, without tossing in extra names. I only use nicknames that others already have, and use to the exclusion of their given names.

If I get to know you well enough to always have your name in my mind, I may add a nickname to "what I know about you". But no, I won't be making it up.
