NY State Senate Fails
Dec. 2nd, 2009 03:05 pmThe New York state Senate just voted the wrong way on marriage equality, 24-38.
The Assembly passed it (again), the Governor promised to sign it, but the Senate botched it.
New Yorkers: Connecticut is more civilized than you. NEW FUCKING JERSEY is about to be more civilized than you. CAN YOU STAND IT?!
[ETA:] The Times-Union has the roll-call. New Yorkers, check on your Senator.
