Jan. 27th, 2006 02:46 pmI had to fill out the expense report for my trip next month. Daily cab rides from the hotel to the customer site, nightly dinners (lunches are expected to be picked up by the customer), commute expenses to the airport, and the plane tickets which haven't been purchased yet.
We have no idea whether I'm actually going, but all of the numbers have to be in before we can find out whether the customer has a problem. For all we know, they're perfectly happy. But if we do have to visit them on-site, we want all of the paperwork out of the way.
And then, if it turns out that they're satisfied with the product, that would be all the better, wouldn't it?
